To begin the reservation process, please click on the property you would like, and once inside the full page listing click the “contact us” button under the property address. Fill in the required fields and in the “Additional Information/Comments” area, please specify the exact dates you would like to stay. Once we have approved your guest card, we will contact you to let you know that you may then go and click the “Apply Now” button in the listing to make your actual reservation. There is a $35 application fee for all of our seasonal properties, so please, DO NOT click the “Apply Now” button until we have confirmed your guest card to avoid any unnecessary charges to your card.
Please be aware that there is a $250 NON-refundable cleaning deposit associated with all seasonal/short term rentals. There is also a $1000.00 Security Deposit, and a $25 non-refundable Administrative Leasing Fee.
